IntroductionThis is the most amazing and exciting trip to machupicchu , we can discover more adventures among the mountains, valleys, rivers and crossing smalls villages, coca plantations, coffee and a lot of kind of fruits …walking on the old real inka trail which connect to the city of the Incas, we will take also a relaxing bath in the hot spring which is good for rheumatism, this trip definitely is considered one of the adventure route to machupicchu where we will observe daily living of Andean and local people… doing this kind of trips we can contribute with local people, buying some fruits, mineral water, also we always use the local restaurants and familiar hostels… as we already know they are always grateful with our guest.
We pick you up from your hotel at around 7pm and travel by bus for approximately 06 hours to Santa María. we will go by Málaga pass(4350 m.s.n.m.) and then we will arrive to this city town 100 km gives the city Cusco, where we will spend the night surrounded the tropical afmosphere
After a healthy breakfast with the typical fruits of the area. we will begin the walk ,among ascents and descents crossing on the way, after, we will walk in the inka trail perfectly conserved and that is a new discovery; the environment the place it is call slacks high forest and some rivers that furrow their flows with harmony. The parrots are among the animals that inhabit the area, Monkeys in diverse varieties and there is also variety flora. Already in the afternoon we will arrive to the hot springs , to give us a comfortable bathroom and then to continue for alone one hour and to arrive to our second campsite in Santa Teresa (1900 m.s.n.m)
Day 2: Santa Teresa / Aguas CalientesThis morning after breakfast we will continue our trip to the Hydroelectric (power plant), This part of the trek is called the waterfall day where well pass some cascades . Once we reach the Power Plant and have some rest and get lunch, we will continue our trip two more hours as we reach to our final destination today to Machu Picchu pueblo known as “ Aguas Calientes” town
Early wake Up to leave our Luggage at the Hotel, we will take the early Tourist bus Up to Machu Picchu, of Course with a guide English speaking, Usually we use to get Machu Picchu by 6:00 a.m., so from this time we will be able to visit Machu Picchu of course at this time Machu Picchu is pretty empty and we will have the best chance to enjoy the beauty and the magic of Machu Picchu, because at this time is quiet.
A guided tour of about 2: 30 hours, and then you will have "happy hour time", to explore by yourself the whole site for about 3 hours and there is time as well to climb Huayna Picchu mountain and get the best view over Machu Picchu.
