Wiracocha, the eighth inca, was the one who choose Huchuyqosqo as its place to live. He ordered to build palaces, temples because he felt old and tired. He wished he leaved the government, to quit the work in Cusco and search for some peace and tranquillity in other place so he left Cusco.
