PRICES

Thanks to the excellent relationship we have with our suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transports and operators in general), our prices can be highly competitive. There are generally valid for a period of one year. However, they may vary in any time of the year and without previous notice.
Prices are per person, in double rooms and in American dollars (US$).

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Passengers must pay 100% of the invoiced amount thirty days prior to their arrival, in order to keep and guarantee the quality of our services. We must pre-pay the hotel bookings and the rest of the services thirty days prior to the date of arrival.
Every passenger is subject to penalties for booking cancellation (NO SHOW), which will be charged if a reservation is cancelled within thirty days prior to arrival.

RESPONSIBILITY

TOP EXPEDITIONS reserves the right to modify or cancel any travel arrangements when deemed necessary, in the best interest of clients. Clients are responsible for their luggage throughout the trip.

SERVICE CONTROL

At the end of the trip passengers must fill in an evaluation format, which will allow us to learn your opinions about our services, as well as problems theta could have occurred during the trip. This will also help us keep and/or improve our quality service.

INKA TRAIL PROGRAM CANCELLATION & REINBURSEMENT POLICIES

If a cancellation is made 90 days or more prior to the beginning of the trekking route, the penalty will be 20% of the total amount.
If a cancellation is made between 89 to 40 days prior to the beginning of the trekking route, the penalty will be 85% of the total amount.
If a cancellation is made 39 days prior to, or even the same day of the beginning of the trekking route, the penalty will be 100% of the total amount.
If during the length of the trekking route the traveler abandons the excursion as a decision made by themselves, NO reimbursement will be made and no claim will be accepted.
